Plans, limits and upgrading
What each plan unlocks, how limits are counted monthly, and what happens when you upgrade or cancel.
The plan belongs to the organization, not to your account. If you administer three organizations, each has its own plan and its own invoice.
Limits are monthly, not totals
This is the part that trips people up: almost every limit counts how much you created within the current month, not how many items exist in your account.
In practice: if your plan allows 5 tournaments and you’ve already created 5 in August, the sixth unlocks in September, when the counter resets. Closing or deleting an old tournament does not give the month’s slot back.
The period is the calendar month (2026-08, 2026-09), and the rollover is automatic.
What gets counted
| Limit | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Tournaments | created this month |
| Teams | registered this month |
| Athletes | registered this month |
| Categories per tournament | per tournament |
| Gallery photos | uploaded this month |
| Documents | uploaded this month |
| Organization members | active total |
| Videos | total |
| Active polls | concurrent |
And, for plans with the communication module:
| Limit | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Emails | sent this month |
| WhatsApp conversations | this month |
| SMS | sent this month |
| Campaigns | created this month |
| Push notifications | enabled by the plan or not |
Each communication channel has two gates: first whether the plan enables that channel at all, then the monthly cap. A plan can have email enabled and WhatsApp disabled.
A blank limit means unlimited for that resource.
Figures for each plan are on the pricing page.
When you hit a limit
The action is blocked right there, and a screen explains which limit you reached and what the next plan up unlocks.
Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. The block is always on creating something new — existing tournaments keep running, with results, match sheets and public pages intact.
Warning Because the counter is monthly, plan bulk work accordingly. If you register 40 teams at once at the start of the season, that month has to fit the limit — not the season as a whole.
Upgrading
Under Subscription, pick the plan and complete payment.
Two things worth knowing about how it works today:
- The new plan must cost more than the current one. Switching to an equal or cheaper plan is rejected.
- You are charged the new plan’s full price, not the prorated difference for the days left. The cycle restarts on the switch.
Once payment completes, the previous subscription is closed and the new one goes active immediately.
Only organization administrators can change the plan.
Downgrading
There is no downgrade through the platform. Plan changes only accept higher values.
To move to a smaller plan, cancel the current subscription and subscribe to the smaller one. Read the section below first — cancelling affects access.
Cancelling
Cancelling marks the subscription as cancelled and keeps access until the next billing date. If no future charge is scheduled, it ends immediately.
Warning Without an active subscription, the limit check denies creation of new items. Your data stays — tournaments, results, squads and public pages remain accessible — but to create again you have to subscribe.
Invoices
History lives under Subscription → Invoices, with a receipt for each charge.
To invoice a registered company, fill in the company details on the billing record before the next invoice.
Frequently asked
Does changing plan delete anything? No. A plan controls what you can create, never what already exists.
I deleted a tournament — did I get the slot back? No. The counter is of creations in the month and only resets at rollover.
Does each organization pay separately? Yes. The plan is per organization.
Do invited members pay? No. The plan belongs to the organization; members join at no cost of their own, within the member limit.
