Extra event on the same day: game + barbecue
Create a barbecue or get-together on game day, with a nickname, spots and waiting list. Confirm with /vou churrasco, /vou tudo or the menu; then split the bill.
Besides the game, a day can have an extra event: a barbecue, a get-together, a birthday. It has its own confirmation list, its own spots and its own cost split, and it coexists with the game on the same day, even at the same time.
Creating the extra event
On the Sessions screen, Extra event on the day:
- Title (“End-of-month barbecue”) and nickname (
churrasco): the nickname is the word people use in the group. Lowercase, no accents, 2 to 20 letters or digits, unique in the class on that day and different from any bot command (jogo,lista,tudoand the like are reserved). - Date and time, venue and, optionally, spots with a waiting list.
From the group, the organizer creates one with /novo churrasco sábado 14h. At most 3 extra events and 2 games per day.
Confirming attendance
With the group connected:

/fechar churrasco / /abrir churrasco | Locks or unlocks confirmations for the event. |
Through the game’s public link, the page shows the other events of the day with their own In / Out buttons.
The 24 h and 2 h reminders and the group invitation apply to the extra event, with the title in place of the class name.
What the extra event doesn’t do
The extra event is only confirmation, list and spots. It does not produce no-shows, fines, “Word of honor”, rankings, game attendance, daily report, MVP or team draw, and it doesn’t show up in /proxima as a game. /sortear, /convidado, /placar and /gol keep acting on the game only. The rulebook and acceptance don’t apply to the extra event either.
Splitting the bill
On the extra event’s card, Split this event opens the cost split with the title, the date and the suggested participants already set to whoever confirmed for that event. From there it’s the usual flow: total amount, equal split, copy-and-paste Pix on D0, reminders on D+1 and D+3.
FAQ
Can I have a barbecue without a game that day? Yes. The extra event is independent; it only needs a class.
Can a guest come to the barbecue? The extra event supports spots and a waiting list like the game, but confirmation is for registered participants; for someone from outside, add them from the dashboard.
I sent /vou and the bot didn’t ask anything. With a single event open on the day, /vou goes straight to it. The menu only appears with two or more.
