Pro includes white-label, custom domain, public API, WhatsApp Bot, QR Code accreditation, unlimited academies and classes, federation and much more. Starter is ideal for organizers who need multi-tournaments, basic communication and 1 full academy.
Billing is monthly or yearly (save 17% yearly). We accept credit card, PIX and boleto. You can cancel at any time without penalty.

We work with BRL (Brazilian Real) for Brazil and USD (US Dollar) for other countries. Currency is auto-detected from your browser, but you can toggle manually.
Yes. When you accept online payments through Torneyo (championship registrations or sports school tuition), we charge 5% per transaction + the card processing cost (3.99% + R$0.39). The remainder goes straight to your bank account with automatic payouts via Stripe. Payments handled outside the platform (direct Pix, cash) have no fee.
Yes. Every plan, including Free, includes access to Torneyo AI. On Free, the free AI has no token quota, only a per-minute and per-hour request limit. Paid plans use the premium AI with a monthly quota (250k tokens on Starter, 2 million on Pro, 5 million or as agreed by contract on Enterprise). On any plan you can connect your own AI key to avoid relying on the quota.
Yes, on any plan. Under Organization > AI Configuration you can connect your own Anthropic key or an OpenAI-compatible provider. In that mode, usage does not consume your organization's monthly quota.
