Class rankings

Attendance, Word of honor, top scorers, assists, wins, win rate, MVP, best pairs and progress: how each ranking is calculated, /gol, /placar and /ranking.

Under Rankings, on the class card, nine independent leaderboards, filtered by month, year or all time. Participants see the same rankings in the athlete area, with their own position highlighted, and any registered athlete can ask for the top 5 in the group with /ranking.

The rankings

RankingHow it scoresWhere the data comes from
Attendance1 point per attendance day the person showed up; shows “x of y days” and the current streakAttendance

A day with no attendance taken counts for nobody. A guest (confirmation by name only) doesn’t enter any ranking.

Feeding the rankings

Attendance

The basis for attendance and “Word of honor”. Record attendance on each game day, on the web or in the app (works offline).

Draw and score

The team draw (/sortear in the group or Team draw on the dashboard) stores who played on each team. After the game, the score goes in through /placar 3x2 or through the score field in the draw history. With both, Torneyo calculates wins, win rate and best pairs. A different score already saved is only replaced with /placar 3x2 confirmar.

With /cor, each team in the draw gets its shirt color, and the athlete area shows which shirt each player is wearing.

Goals and assists

Three ways:

  • In the group: the organization manager sends /gol Marcos assist João. With namesakes, the bot asks “Which João? 1) … 2) …” and you reply with the number.
  • By the athlete: the player reports their own goals and assists in their area; the entry stays pending until the manager approves it, and what was reported isn’t lost if the manager adds on top.
  • From the dashboard: direct entry by the manager.

A goal and an assist from the same entry go in together, on the day of the reference draw (the most recent one up to today).

MVP

From game time until 48 hours later, those who played vote on the session page. The bot posts the invitation one hour after kickoff and /craque resends the link.

Teammate ratings

In pickup game or standalone class types, each participant gives teammates an overall score from 1 to 5 (and, optionally, attack, defense and commitment), one vote per teammate per month. That rating is what balances the draw and produces the progress ranking.

Sports

Performance follows the class’s sport: soccer and futsal record goals and assists; basketball, volleyball and racket sports have their own stats, validated against a catalog. The attendance, Word of honor, wins, MVP and pairs rankings apply to any sport.

/ranking in the group

/ranking → this month's attendance
/ranking artilharia ano → top scorers of the year
/ranking vitorias tudo → all-time wins
/artilharia → shortcut for this month's goals

Types: presenca, palavra, artilharia, assistencia, vitorias, aproveitamento, craque, parceria, evolucao. The bot replies with the top 5 using abbreviated names (“1. Marcos P. - 7 goals”).

FAQ

The attendance ranking went to zero. Check the selected period (month is the default) and whether that day’s attendance was recorded.

Can I fix a wrong goal? Yes, through the class’s performance dashboard. /gol only adds.

Does resetting the season wipe the rankings? The “rankings and performance” scope of Reset class data removes goals, votes, ratings and draws. Attendance is a separate scope.
