Frequently asked questions
Which format should I choose?
Feed (1080×1350, 4:5) takes more room in the Instagram timeline. Story (1080×1920, 9:16) is for stories and WhatsApp status. Square (1080×1080) works for any network and for group chats.
Are my logo and details sent to a server?
No. The poster is drawn in your browser and the logo you pick stays on your device. Once the page has loaded it works even without internet.
Does the poster collect team registrations?
No. It is only the promo image: teams will reach out through the WhatsApp or phone number you provide, and tracking entries and payments is up to you. To receive registrations online, use Torneyo.
Do I need to sign up, and is there a watermark?
No sign-up needed. The poster carries only a discreet "Made with torneyo.com" signature in the footer; everything else is yours.
