Frequently asked questions
Who bills the customer?
Torneyo does. The customer subscribes on our platform, with our checkout and invoice. You earn commission on every effective payment — no default risk for you.
Do I need to provide support?
No. Support, product and infrastructure are on Torneyo. In resale with tier-1 support (optional), you handle first contact for YOUR clients and earn a higher percentage for it.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are consolidated monthly in your partner dashboard and paid via Pix, PayPal or bank transfer.
Is the customer I brought mine?
Link attribution is permanent: while the customer stays active, the commission is yours. The rules are explicit in the partnership agreement.
Can I sell under my own brand (white-label)?
Torneyo is always the platform, under the Torneyo brand. Exclusive platforms exist only in specific Enterprise contracts (e.g., bid requirements), evaluated case by case.
Is everyone accepted into the program?
No — we review every application. We look for partners with a real audience or client base in sports, aligned with the brand. That protects the program and your commissions.
